Stand in front of your chair and lower yourself into a squat position, keeping your back straight and your knees behind your toes. Hold for a few seconds and then return to standing position. Desk push-ups:Desk push-ups are a great exercise to strengthen your arms and chest. Stand facing your desk, place your hands on the edge of the desk, and step back until your body is at a 45-degree angle. Lower yourself towards the desk, keeping your body straight, and then push back up. Repeat 10-15 times.

Leg lifts:Leg lifts are great for strengthening your core and leg muscles. Sit on the edge of your chair and lift your legs up, keeping your knees bent. Hold for a few seconds and then lower them back down. Repeat 10-15 times.


Walking:Walking is one of the easiest and most effective exercises you can do. Take a short walk during your lunch break or walk to work instead of driving or taking public transport. Walking helps improve cardiovascular health, reduces stress, and boosts your mood.

Stair climbing:If you have stairs in your office building, take advantage of them. Climbing stairs is a great workout for your legs and can help you burn calories quickly. Try taking the stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible.

Yoga:Yoga is a great exercise to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and increase energy levels.
